Bengal Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in July 2020 by the Diploma Engineers hailing from various polytechnic colleges across West Bengal. Being a charitable consortium, we don’t charge cash or kind for providing job opportunities & grooming sessions.

The idea behind conceiving this organization began when a group of Ex-students from various polytechnic colleges came together to discuss their struggle, specially through the initial days of their careers to get suitable jobs with decent salaries and to cope with the hardcore professional, technical and industrial challenges faced after getting their jobs, due to lack of practical knowledge.

In order to help present students of polytechnic colleges, we plan to groom themselves, to make them interview-ready, to get them trained on various relevant technical/soft skill subjects, to make relevant industry knowledge available to them through various internships, to make relevant reference study materials available online and to let them have a stronger career launchpad by arranging campus / off-campus interviews.

With this in mind, Bengal  Hope Foundation with all its members has been working tirelessly to prepare the ground for achieving the goals. The sole principal purpose of Bengal  Hope Foundation is “The professional welfare of Diploma Students across West Bengal without any financial involvement and expectations”.
