Bengal Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in July, 2020 by the Diploma Engineers hailing from various polytechnic colleges across West Bengal. Being a charitable consortium, we don’t charge cash or kind for providing job opportunities & grooming sessions.

The idea behind conceiving this organization has begun when a group of Ex-students from various polytechnic colleges come together to discuss about their struggle, specially through the initial days of their careers to get suitable jobs with decent salaries and to cope with the hardcore professional, technical and industrial challenges faced after getting their jobs, due to lack of practical knowledge.
